1. Acceptance

By creating a workspace or using Starspace you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Your account

You sign in through a supported identity provider. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

3. Acceptable use

• No illegal content, malware, or attempts to breach the service.
• No automated abuse, scraping outside the documented APIs, or rate-limit evasion.
• No content that violates third-party rights or applicable law.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of files, notes, and outputs you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content as required to operate the product on your behalf.

5. AI outputs

AI-generated content can be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, and for complying with the terms of the underlying model providers.

6. Credits and billing

Free usage is metered in credits. Paid plans, when available, are billed via our payment provider. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Service changes

The product is under active development. Features may change, be limited, or be removed. We will give reasonable notice for material changes that affect paying customers.

8. Termination

You may stop using Starspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the service.

9. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
